At our promotional apparel and product company, we differentiate ourselves by taking a consultative approach. We ask about your branding goals, the event the products will be used for, and more to provide the perfect products and apparel for your needs.
With over 50 embroidery heads and manual and automatic screen printing presses, we handle all of our apparel branding in-house. Our production house is in Richmond, VA, and our retail facility is in Williamsburg, VA. Customers are welcome to visit and take a tour of our facilities while their work is in production. Our Process Is Simple!
Step 1: Request a quote. One of our account reps will reach out and provide pricing and details. We pride ourselves on our consultative approach and will make sure that the product you receive matches your vision.
Step 2: Once we have your okay on the pricing, we will provide digital proofs and invoice for approval and payment.
Step 3: After payment has been made and artwork has been approved, we order the blank product and the decoration process begins. We will keep you updated on the progress and will never leave you in the dark.
Step 4: All done! You will receive an email when your project is complete. You can pick up the order from our shop or we will deliver based on a predetermined delivery method.
